Those scare quotes are simply monstrous. If Clapper's lie wasn't a lie, what could possibly be one? But even more monstrous is the assertion that his lie was "well within the rules." It ain't the "rules." It's the law. Perjury is a major felony. That Obama keeps the criminal in office is itself the crime of being accomplice to felony, maybe even misprision of felony. Yet one more clearly impeachable crime!
