You know what's outrageous? The way the former proprietors rented out the space during the day to a French business school, among other things. A tenured faculty member was fired at a unionized college over the operation of this worker center - that doesn't happen easily. This is yet another intervention by someone far away who doesn't really know what the hell was going on in the name of worker ed, with the assistance of an amen corner that has a soft spot for militant language.
