Seymour's recent book on Corbyn and the labor party is also quite good. He's smart and a deft, clear writer.

I know he's looking into doing a book tour in the US. If you can help him get gigs, let him know. He's on FB.

----- Original Message ----- Corbyn’s revived Labour Party is as far away from Canada’s NDP and other somnolent social democratic parties as you can get:

“Local meetings that have long been stale and empty are suddenly packed and vibrant…This is not yet a social movement, but it looks like a party that has come alive.”

A good account here by Richard Seymour of how the bungling efforts by the party leadership to remove Corbyn have rebounded against it.
