I want to recommend very strongly the latest issue of Harper's which has an
article by a guy who is a college administrator and free-lance writer. His
income combined with his wife's is over $100,000, but they owe the credit
card companies twice that. It is a tale that dramatizes the theme of Juliet
Schor's latest book "Overspent American."
