Every cross-posted molecule from Yoshie, Louis, and Doug, as far as I can recall, was grist for the revolutionary-defeatist, anti-bombing position articulated so poetically by you in an excerpt I quoted ("The Hitler Test"). In a previous post I listed ten or so ways people have tended to shield anti-Muslim atrocities from their eyes, even though they are obviously against all such atrocities, from whatever that's worth. I don't generally read much of the cross-posting, since I have access to the print versions of the NY Times, etc. and find them easier to read. But I could spot the ulterior motive in those cross-posts, so I was provoked to post just a little material that reflected explicit sympathy with the plight of Muslims.

A number of the cross-posts were utterly without substance from the standpoint of the political debate here (e.g., the Holocaust survivor in Belgrade), and solely aimed at stirring emotional sentiment. This is fine, but it's propaganda. So it deserved some counter-propaganda.

Whatever you do, try to be creative.

If material straight off the web site of the Serbian Ministry of Information is not "pro-Serbian," I'm a ring-tailed ocelot.

I do agree that my posts were tediously unoriginal, like dozens from Yoshie, Louis, and others. Today I remedy that with tedious, original pieces that nobody has yet seen on these lists.
