Its rather simple, Brad. The first two dug the deep hole to put America in it, and the second group on you list tried to climb back out by bombing everything in sight. If Amrica, had dropped dolar bills rathern than bombs (holding the same cash value), you would have had a series of lovely wars and with better result.
