They come from reports from refugees adding up city by city. Do you find the idea that the Serbs have killed on the order of 5,000 civilians in Kosovo- Metohija while expelling on the order of 700,000 of them incredible? Of course I am sure that many of those dead were suspected of being UCK/KLA and some of them probably were. Wow.
