Ohio House Bill 78 was reported out of the Ohio Senate Judiciary
Committee today.  The bill will probably come up for a vote in the Ohio
Senate next week on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Now is the time to register your complaints about this potentially
anti-union, anti-worker, and anti-small share holder bill with your Ohio

State senator.  This bill must be stopped or slowed down long enough to
get further analysis of this dense and obscure legislation.

The title of HB78 is, "Modernization of the Ohio General Corporations
Law."
