G8 in Okinawa, Ministers in Fukuoka

Jonathan asked me off list whether I knew if something was planned for the G8 
in Okinawa, and I just heard that there would be a meeting in Fukuoka (on 
Kyushu island) where ministers would gather.

Does anyone know if groups are planning to demonstrate there ? Do you have 
Japanese contacts that are involved ?
