OK, let's fight racism among white workers. Can you tell us what exactly

should we fight, what is the expected outcome of that fight, and describe

specific steps we should take to achieve that outcome?

PS. I do not want hear about "town meetings" popular among Clintonoids - it

smack of psychotherapy cult. >>

Nah, telling people things like that doesn't help. The only way I know to fight racism in any group is to get a lot of members of that group involved with members of other races in a project of common concern--building a union or taking it back, fighting city hall, taking over city hall, etc. If one could think of how to do it, getting people of different races to live together would help, but you knwo the 19% rule--once 10% of a neighborhood is Black, the whites flee. It's very robust result. As for busing, we tried that. I think it's good for Blacks tudents and I support it on those grounds, but asa way to overcome white working class racism, it's a bust. --jks
