Clinton/Sweeney Amnesty Plan

Instead of losing one congressman we will probably lose two congressman
here in Ohio if  the Clinton/Sweeney plan goes through.  The Republicans
will in all probability control the re-districting process in Ohio after
the 2000 census and both congressional seats lost will be labor
Democrats.

This will be the story through the core industrial states; particularly
where the Republicans control or are close to controlling the state
government.

After a week of titty bar crawling and lap dancing the fellows will
probably start sobering up by the time they get home and have to explain
Clinton/Sweeney amnesty plan to the core constituency.
