I went to a panel at the AEA meetings in Boston
on the WB report.  I would caution list'ers that
the report is likely to contain much useful material.
You will not, of course, find much on how to fight
poverty politically.  You will find documentation
of the extent of poverty in multiple dimensions
(i.e., not only income).  These dimensions will
include the extent of democratic participation.

So keep your powder dry, why dontcha.
