Dennis, you don't understand. U.S. investment levels are lower because Americans are smarter than those ponderous foreigners. We get more output and more profit out of every unit of capital, plus we're way ahead on all the stuff that really matters, like ideas and brands. When will you shed these materialist superstitions?
