Have you tried a search on NAMEBASE, the CIA data base run out of Texas? Also, in case you haven't seen it, there is a terrific book on this very subject, THY WILL BE DONE -The Conquest of the Amazon: Nelson Rockefeller and Evangelism in the Age of Oil, by Gerard Colby with Charlotte Dennett, published in 1995 by HarperCollins.
