Nathan is right so seledom <BG>. Why argue when he makes a valid point. There is little doubt (some because of unfinished counts) that Gore won the popular vote. I don't think many on this list would consider the electoral college -- originally designed to protect slave states -- a decent way to elect a president. When Bush loses the popular vote, and wins the electoral vote -- via gross incompetence and dishonesty, you foks don't think we should attack this incompentence in fraud. What are we waiting for? Until we get fraud that hurts Republicans. If fraud, intimidation of minority voters, and gross incompetence that disenfrachises voters have become a basic part of our electoral system -- this is a great opportunity to fight on the issue.

In terms of Michael Moore, I'll forward his latest letter. He takes a strong anti-fraud and anti-liberal position. Like Michael Moore, I see no incompatiblity between being anti-fraud and anti-liberal.

Thanks

Gar
