NZ. ECA Offically Dead

Though It's probably not a big thing to many the Employment Contracts Act is
offically dead and buried, though I'm sure if the tories win the next
election its evil spawn will reappear. Anyone wishing to know more about the
finer points of its sucessor, the Employment Relations Act, might like to
look at http://www.ers.dol.govt.nz/online.html . There is a copy of the Act
there and a whole lot of stuff explaining its in's and outs from the
Department of Labour - the guys who administer it.
