former Teamster "boss" Carey indicted

Can't blame this one on Bush, Charles; it's had to have been in the works 
for some time. And it was Clinton's Justice dept that went after Carey in 
the first place--payback for winning the UPS strike. Although Carey _did_ 
break the law. --jks
