I am the biggest anarchist strawman that Dennis has ever seen (or at least gotten emails from).
I don't understand how throwing a few anti-authoritarian thoughts into a listserv discussion qualifies me as a romantic. Everybody who knows me knows that I am a pragmatic anarchist who is very much involved with the real world. How many romantic anarchists do you know who would go to meetings with the AFL-CIO and religious groups to talk about movement tactics? Do you want me to talk about alliance-building between anti-capitalists and community groups? Care to read any of my articles about practical applications of anarchism?
I suspect that you really don't care and prefer "Chuck0 the strawman." I guess the only appropriate response to your post-modernist sensibilities would be: Whatever!
WWDD,
