As it happens, I'm not a member of the IAC. However, as I am not a U.S. citizen either, any call to "bring the perpetrators to justice" sounds to me like a call to make my life & lives of those under similar or worse circumstances more difficult than before. More than 1.000 are already detained, with much of the circumstances of their arrests held in secrecy; foreign students' educational files are being combed by law enforcement officers without the students' consent or even knowledge; racial profiling has expanded & intensified; etc. Then, add the new Anti-Terrorism Act to the already existing problems.... -- Yoshie
