But in your very next post you point out that what energizes, makes possible, the demonstrations in Nashville or Bloomington IL are the mass protests, both before and after they occur.

The local protests can be earth-shaking, but not unless a national framework has been created for them by mass mobilizations in D.C. Chicago, S.F. etc.
