They have those Arabic-speaking electronic speaker gizmos.  You push a button 
and it says "Put your hands over your head!" or "Drop your weapons!"  These 
things really exist.  I don't know if there are selections for "Pull down this 
statue now!" and "Smile and wave to the cameras!" and "Everyone who cheers 
will get some clean water!", but who knows?
