I completely agree with you that "21st-century racism is 95 percent a by-product of class structures built in the past four centuries." As long as a large segment of Black workers get structurally stuck in the reserve army of labor, racism will continue to exist, to rationalize and justify the class structure. No small change in "the employment and income situation," though, will suffice to destroy the material foundation of racism. Where to go from here? -- Yoshie
