I've always been puzzled by those bumper stickers that read, "Abortion stops a beating heart." Of course it does, that's the point. If the cog dissonance effect weren't so great, I'd be tempted to put one of those stickers on my car along with one that reads, "Keep abortion safe and legal." jks
