the world oil and natural gas resources under any pretext. Perennial figures 
such as Zbigniew Brezinski and his ilk, who transcend the two artifically 
differentiated camps you identify above are the navigators of ship of 
Empire. The so-called war on terror will continue apace under whoever is 
elected in 2004, and may well extend to other part of the globe, esp. 
Colombia, Venezuela and parts of Africa.
