I've lost the thread of what you're expressing skepticism about here.

The touch screen voting machines are flawed, and this is well documented in the IT industry (one machine is so bad that you can hack it over a phoneline, if you so wish - with no audit trail to track what you have done). The companies who make them are resisting all attempts to make them auditable, despite there being no significant financial reason to do so. The guys who run these companies all share creepy right wing politics (if I remember correctly they're neo-confederates, though I could be confusing that with something else). I'm about as certain as I can be about anything, that the Nebraska election was fraudulent.

Certain right wing groups, with connections to the current administration, seem to have the means and desire to fix certain elections. However, I doubt very much that this is a conspiracy by "corporate interests", whatever they might be.
