Saguenay, Que. — A Wal-Mart Canada Corp. store in this Quebec city may become the first store of the retail giant to be unionized, after the Quebec Labour Relations Board accredited a union there to represent the workers.
The Quebec Federation of Labour announced the accreditation Monday. The store in Saguenay, 200 kilometres north of Quebec City, has about 180 employees.
