Hehe... Punk was internationalism in action. And Wojtek might also be interested to hear that there have been many Polish punk bands, going back many years, especially Brygada Kryzys. --

The Power of Polish Hip-Hop 4 February 2004
One of the best known Polish hip-hop musicians, Peja, will perform Feb. 12 at Stodo a club, accompanied by Ski Sk ad, DJ Dobry Ch opak and DJ Decks. A rhyming showdown will also be held during the concert.
Peja has been present on the Polish rap scene for 11 years. He formed Slums Attack and was co-founder of Ski Sk ad. For a long time, he recorded and published "illegals"-amateur tapes and CDs, and he also recorded for Polish hip-hop labels. He won a wide group of fans after releasing, as Peja & Slums Attack, the album Na legalu? in 2001. He also appeared in Sylwester Latkowski's film Blokersi.
