Aside from sharing the word "fetishism," the concepts are pretty different. The commodity form hides all the social relations behind its production and exchange. A pair of nipple clamps doesn't make visible the social relations behind their production and exchange, but their pleasure, for those who like them, is in their application. Ditto a latex catsuit. No doubt there are some horribly exploited rubber tappers at the beginning of the supply chain, but that's not what makes it fun to look at.
