Just because it would be inappropriate to "gloat" in front of the deceased's children hardly makes it inappropriate everywhere. This is just a silly argument. If you think it's always incorrect to celebrate anyone's death that fine but that's not your argument here. You could publicly criticize US policy as being a catalyst for 9/11 but would you throw it in the face of a child that lost her parent at the Trade Center? Same thing applies in this instance to a degree.
