Yes, if country X has good reason (and I don't know if the US did) to believe that terrorists are manufacturing deadly weapons in some building in country Y, it will sometimes be appropriate for them to bomb it to smithereens (even if after the fact we learn that what country X had good reason to believe was actually false). Do you disagree?
