One of the most effective bring home the troops arguments has been the 
way the USG has failed to support the troops - closing hospitals, war 
'on the cheep' at the expense of kids, and lavished money on crony 
contractors. So 'support the troops', if directed correctly, could be 
the most effective of ANY tactic to bring home the troops.
