Perhaps, but I think the debate did quite a bit to encourage Kerry supporters who were getting discouraged. I'll bet you'll not hear very much in the coming days from the "Kerry campaign sucks" crowd.

This debate (and don't forget we have a couple more) won't discourage the Bush base, but if it helps turn out the Kerry base, and stops the drift of "undecideds" to Bush, it will help quite a bit.
