Ah, but it did make the Republicans look oh-so-awfully concerned about the 
disabled (why, even the brain-dead!) while they're about to do away with basic 
medical care for a whole new swath of people.  When the Shaivo thing got big, 
Jeb Bush had just launched the privatization Medicaid down here in what Kelley 
so delicately calls Limpdick.  Coincindence?  The sanctimony down here is so 
thick it's become an air quality issue.
