Well, you misunderstand the emphasis of my statement. I found the work of CS Lewis (the admittedly little that I read) to be boring. That is not to say that I find all Christians to be boring, but that I happen to find his extremely dogmatic, orthodox brand of Christianity boring. That opinion is based purely on his set of essays "Mere Christianity". Obviously he could be much better at prose. Since reading the above dreary book I had never been tempted to read anything else by him. It left a bad taste in my mouth. However, seeing as you and Yoshie have given Narnia such rave reviews I will probably go and see it.
