Wow, that's a neat rhetorical trick there Nathan, pretend that there were lots of people going around declaring the WTC victims 'little Eichmans and such". Also pretend that people like myself and others on the left weren't critical of that essay because of the way it would get distorted and used to attack the antiwar movement. It didn't move me to stay away from antiwar protests, even if they were imperfect ones.

Your belief that the majority of the antiwar movement didn't do that is nonsense. Although it's kinda hard to keep up with which enemies we're supposed to hate, the list is always getting revised. Probably in 10 or 20 years we'll be reaching some kind of accord with AQ. WHat the heck, we did with Qaddafi. But, in the meanwhile, tons of resources that could be better spent on working people's needs here and abroad will continue to go to departments that 'fight' our 'enemies'. Long live the working class, ha ha.
