It's dumb to get your panties in a bunch because I talk to the list, including you. I regret that I can't recall all the peculiar things you idiodsyncratiucally consider disrepectful. I don't, particularly in the context of a public discussion, consider referring to an interlocutor in the third person, I did as a student, I did as as a teacher, and as a lawyer it is considered a mnaifestation of courtroom respect and decorum, if maybe a bit formal. So if you can't be charitable yourself and accept the considerab;e respect I've accorded you as a person and your minds and ideas of the years, but feel obliged to flame me, well, screw you, as I said. That history cuts both says. For the substance of it, II gave a serious argument against a position I thought you were proposing in good faith. If I wasted my time, regrets, I'll try not to take your ideas so seriously in the future. Maybe you can signal the onesa that are serioius and the ones that are just clownassholery.
