If you read the paper edition, it jumps out at you just a few pages in.
Meanwhile, it's the lead story in the US edition of the Financial Times, with a big pic of Galloway next to it. As someone in a position to know once told me, the FT is produced by reporters and editors who combine a left disdain for the US with an upper-class Brit disdain for the US (a contrast with The Economist's America-love).
