It has been my experience with many men that what they like best is "the challenge" rather than the encounter. So there isn't much that goes without saying.

It's hard to know. In the heavy hormonal days of adolescence it was actually possible for me to experience a full-body orgasm by gazing intently at a boy I lusted after.

It's impossible to know since we can't be in two bodies at once. I also don't know whether women have lesser drive because of the fear of being labeled whores or because their sexual desire is a different physical experience.
