hate to disagree with yoshie, but the wording clearly states "under the
authority of the united states" and any half decent shyster could go to
court and prove that a u.n. charter, resolution, law, whatever, was not
subject to that interpretation...it was made under a group authority,
and not our state of the chosen world leadership...
for what it's worth, the law is whatever the ruler says the law is, and
in this case, the war is legal because the usa rules...
until such time as some lawyer with more guns than the usa goes to court...
