I go to restaurants for healthy reasons, and it's only appropriate to 
ban smoking there. But in bars? Who are we kidding?

Incidentally, did anyone do a study of the impact of smoking bans on 
tip wages? Anecdotally, there's a connection, but that's just 
anecdotal.
