That's not how it works in Europe, or anywhere in the
world outside of the Anglophone settler states. Being
Polish has nothing to do with living in Poland, execpt
in a very tenuous sense. Poland is called Poland
because there are Poles living there. They are not
called Poles because they live in a country called
Poland.
