I think Michael's view is sensible and 100% correct.
Further, given some of what Bennish said in the classroom, I'd be a little surprised if this guy Bennis is not a union member as the NEA person claimed (unless he's some kind of whacked-out libertarian -- in which case the union should still defend his rights).
