Ummmm....I am embarassed to say that I really know nothing about them. They must have a following of only very few Russian immigrants here (most likely living in Ashkelon), and I think only Russian speakers have any idea of them in Israel. I found their website (http://www.another-israel.org/), but I can't read it...except the one thing they write in hebrew. Neged Coolahm ("Against Everybody" and "Vote against everybody!") I am pretty well versed in the politics of Israel, and they are way off the map. Russians are flocking in droves to Avigdor Leiberman, the jingoist transfer monster...the rest go for Natan Sharansky...and the Likud...less for the Labor..etc.

I will ask my Russian acquaintences what they know about them here.

Today when I went to vote, I noticed that there was definitely no ballot for them to choose from, so they are very peripheral...

I also found this quote from an article by MARKUS MATHYL "The National-Bolshevik Party and Arctogaia: two neo-fascist groupuscules in the post-Soviet political space" from PATTERNS OF PREJUDICE Institute for Jewish Policy Research, vol. 36, no. 3, 2002.(from ingentaconnect.com)

"Although Dugin posits a clearly Jewish origin and a conspiratorial dimension to the primary enemy,29 from 1998 on he succeeds in developing a more differentiated form of antisemitism that draws a distinction between ‘subversive, destructive Jews without a nationality’ and good, traditionalist—that is, Zionist and Eurasian—Jews.30 Such ‘pro-Zionist’ antisemitism demonstrates not only the adaptability of this ideological system, but also its absolute dependence on the geopolitical situation. Simultaneous with these conceptual changes, Arctogaia established contacts with ultra-nationalist circles in Israel.31 Not only do these groups advocate the idea that every Jew ought to live in Israel—an idea in harmony with the concept of ethnopluralism—but their influence on Israeli politics would also guarantee the destabilization of the region, in turn opening up to Russian politics a new sphere of influence in the Israeli–Palestinian peace process, previously dominated by the United States. Arctogaia’s well established contacts with radical anti-western Islamic groups inside and outside of Russia during this same period, as well as its strategy of using Islam as a resource for expanding and strengthening an anti-western national-Bolshevik front, underline this group’s remarkable intertwining of ideology and geopolitics."

"Thus Arctogaia works closely with the Israeli group Bead Arzeinu [Hebrew for: "For Our Land"], led by Avram Shmulevich,a rabbi of Russian origin who speaks in favour of an anti-American Greater Israel from the Nile to the Euphrates. Members of this group also hold positions in the leadership of Dugin’s new organization Eurasia."

As to the Russian "Yordim" (hebrew for "going down"...a.k.a., leaving the country)...I will ask at my work tomorrow about this, the people working on the economic bulletin were getting info on similar issues...they may have some data on this.
