Doug, you'd have to pay a lot more for the garage than for the car. You probably could actually afford the car. It would take a bite out of the lil tyke's college fund, but, hey, there's always CCNY, right? ("My dad went to Yale and all I got was to ride in his lousy Porsche.") The garage space, though, now that's hedge fund money.
