Important point. Anything goofy or un-cool will rapidly diminish an F-O-M(tm) reading. Above all else, Fascism must be sleek, and stylish, and dashing. The US Army's berets present something of a problem for the F-O-M(tm), since the effect achieved is so different from what is being sought. But the F-O-M(tm) generally operates on the principle that it's the thought that counts.
