The Hong Kong Shanghai Bank Corporation (HSBC) has received the nod from the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) to raise its stake in the Vietnam Technical and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) from 10% to 15%, worth US $33.7 million. http://www.nhandan.com.vn/english/business/070707/business_h.htm
