NEW DELHI (Reuters) - The Oil and Natural Gas Corp. Ltd. on Friday said it had signed an agreement with Russia's state-run Gazprom to jointly explore oil and gas fields in India, Russia and third countries.
Gazprom has invited ONGC's participation in eight projects in Russia, the Indian firm said in a statement.
