The "limo" is probably a town car. And if I showed up for an interview in my wool suit and had to walk almost a half a mile I'd be a little sweaty by the time I got there, unless I was interviewing in Juno.

Definitely. You said "swanky" - like a Ritz-Carlton? Or a nice Hilton, or a trendy place like a W? Those places will keep the bags for you, no problem.

A general rule is that if there are bell hops to help you take your bags up to the room, they are also available to bring the bags back down and will have a storage place for them.

My gut is that it if you had a Louis Vuitton they'd think you brought it just to show it off. So this is a no-win. Only bring the bag if the hotel won't keep it, and then say to the receptionist "can I leave this with you - the hotel's Bell Captain wouldn't keep it." Otherwise they will think "why did she not just leave her bag with the hotel...".

My $.02.
