Nosebleed seats. That's what we have at the Lyric Opera in Chicago. Floor seats cost about $3000 each or more for a subscription. The nosebleed seats are about $600. The Lyric's got great acoustics, though, and we get to see the art deco detailing, which is worth seeing, close-up.
