> violation of the criminal laws of the United States or

> (B) appear to be intended-
> (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
Whoop-de-doo!
By that definition, we are all terrorists. It's an absurd law, so the best way to deal with it is to throw it back in their faces with militant direct action.
